Our Lady of the Hills Catholic Church is looking for a FULL-TIME PARISH OFFICE COORDINATOR to work 40 hours a week.

Duties include general administrative tasks such as:
- Answer phone calls
- Assist walk-in persons
- Sort daily mail
- Schedule Mass Intentions & annotating given stipends and recipients
- Register families & assign/update giving envelopes
- Prepare families and appropriate staff for funerals
- Mail out Memorials to donors and the families of the deceased
- Collect forms and necessary paperwork for all sacraments as well as prepare certificates
- Update church registers with sacramental information
- Answer webform general questions
- Draft letters, schedule appointments and handle other administrative duties
- Assist the pastor and other staff members in administrative duties
Requirements:
- Must communicate effectively (written and verbal) in both English and Spanish
- Must be very familiar with MS Word and Excel or similar programs (preferably OneDrive) and have the ability to learn other programs as needed.
- Candidate should possess strong organizational and time management skills, strong interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate effectively and with empathy, and execute a high level of confidentiality
- Knowledge of the Catholic faith is preferred, but not required

ES: Nuestra Vigilia de Pentecostés fue una noche para recordar—aunque apenas estamos compartiendo estas fotos. Justo cuando comenzábamos a orar y a esperar al Espíritu Santo, se fue la luz… pero las velas siguieron encendidas. A la luz suave de las velas, recordamos la presencia fiel y silenciosa del Espíritu, incluso en medio de la oscuridad. Escuchamos la Palabra, reflexionamos en silencio y oramos como comunidad, confiando en que Dios estaba obrando entre nosotros, como en aquel primer Pentecostés. Sin electricidad, no hubo problema—el fuego de Pentecostés seguía ardiendo. EN: Pentecost Vigil: Light in the Darkness Our Pentecost Vigil was a night to remember—even if we’re just now getting around to posting these photos! Just as we began to pray and wait for the Holy Spirit, the power went out—but the candles kept burning. In the soft glow of candlelight, we were reminded of the Spirit’s quiet and steady presence, even in darkness. We listened to Scripture, reflected in silence, and prayed as a community—trusting that God was at work among us, just as He was on that first Pentecost. No electricity, no problem—the fire of Pentecost was still alive.

ES: Nuestro grupo Mano Amiga recientemente entregó una donación a la familia Iñiguez, quien atraviesa un momento difícil debido a problemas de salud y escasez alimentaria. EN: Our group Mano Amiga recently gave a donation to the Iñiguez family, who are going through a difficult time due to health issues and food insecurity. In addition to the financial assistance, our volunteers came together as a community to help with essential yard work, all under the intense heat of this season. This gesture is a reminder that, even in the midst of hardship, love and solidarity flourish even more strongly. We invite you—if you or someone you know needs support—not to hesitate to reach out to your parish. We are here to walk together.
