Guidelines for Facility use:
Reservations MUST be made at least 48 hours in advance for use of Facilities; this includes classrooms. Reservations will ONLY be accepted Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm.
Set-Ups:
For any specific set-up needs for your event, please include a brief description in the notes ("Other Needs") of this form & contact Juan or Fred from our maintenance team to clarify needs and wants at (803)414-3840.
Available for your use are:
12 Long (8 foot) Rectangle Tables
33 Round Tables (60 in. in diameter/ 25 metal tables & 8 plastic tables)
110 Black Chairs (for the Parish Hall ONLY)
450 White Chairs
Stage
Pull down Screen (in the gym)
Sound System (in the gym)
100 Blue Chairs (for Atrium use ONLY)
Use of church technical equipment is not permitted unless arranged in advance through the office.
Clean-Up:
At the beginning of your event, please refer to the photo of the facility's setup, and ensure that everything is returned to its original condition afterward. This includes chairs, tables, dishes, carts, and trash cans.
Do not leave dirty diapers, food, or pizza boxes in trash cans. Please take this trash to the outside dumpster.
If food is served, you are responsible for disposing of the trash. Our parish has a dumpster located at the end of Marydale Lane, next to the Saint Elizabeth Center.
Fees:
Donations for facility use are always welcome and greatly appreciated. Parish-affiliated ministries and groups are exempt from fees. For non-Parish-affiliated events, the following rental fees apply:
$100 refundable deposit due; refunded with proper return of facility
MONDAY-FRIDAY:
Rooms- $25
Hall & Kitchen- $100
Gym- $200
Atrium- $100
SATURDAY-SUNDAY:
Rooms- $50
Hall & Kitchen- $200
Gym- $500
Atrium- $200
Alcohol:
CANNOT be sold. If serving alcohol, only beer & wine are allowed.
Personal Event:
(i.e. baby shower, birthday, anniversary, etc.)
You will need to present either personal insurance or purchase Diocesan insurance for your event. Diocesan 1-day Event Insurance is available, please contact the Parish Office for more information.
Additional Notes:
Children are to be supervised by an adult at ALL TIMES.
Meetings must end by 9PM.
There will be no activities (meetings, etc.) scheduled on Diocesan Holidays. You may find their schedule below.
Candles or open flames are not permitted.
At no time may holes be made in walls to hang equipment or decorations. When hanging signs, posters, decorations, or banners, blue painter's/masking tape must be used indoors.
