Fr. Bruce Speaking to Young Adults June 20

Fr. Bruce will be kicking off our Emmaus Night speaker series by giving our young adults a talk called "Hungry for Prayer." This is the first in a series on the interior life. The interior life is the conversation that a man has with himself when he has nothing to distract him--his thoughts, feelings, and desires. The interior life can either lead us to prayer or lead us to sin.

Here's the schedule:

• 6:30pm: Gather in the main church for silent Eucharistic Adoration
• 7pm: Coffeehouse environment in the Parish Life Center, Room 115 (Youth Ministry Room)
• 7:20pm: Fr. Bruce gives a talk
• 7:45pm: Q&A
• 8:10pm: Depart for dinner (Taqueria Jalisco Restaurant, 612 St Andrews Rd ste 10, Columbia, SC 29210)
